ATTENDANCE: Richard Fuller; David Cole; Susan Hamilton, Judith Rivas; Robert Polley.

STAFF: Dr. Salvatore Corda, Superintendent of Schools

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 4:05 pm.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

All present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

ACTIONS

A. Consent

1. Approval of Personnel Action

** MS. RIVAS MOVED APPROVAL OF THE PERSONNEL ACTION AS PRESENTED. ** MR. COLE SECONDED. ** MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

A discussion was held regarding the previously approved Norwalk High School trip to Spain during /the April vacation in light of recent political unrest. No action was taken.

Meeting adjourned at 4:41 pm.
