Minutes of Executive Committee Meeting

 

 

Date of Meeting:                           November 24, 2009

 

Meeting Called to Order:           6:21 p.m.

 

Present:                                           Glenn Iannaccone, Jack Chiaramonte, Bill Papallo

 

       I.            The minutes of the November 10, 2009 Executive Committee were read and approved.

 

    II.            It was determined that future Budget Transfers will be removed from the consent portion of the agenda and placed as a separate action item to allow for discussion.

 

 III.            A “Spotlight on Norwalk Public Schools” will be added to the agenda to acknowledge Bob McCain’s recent award.

 

 IV.            An executive session will be added to the agenda for the purpose of strategy and negotiations with respect to pending litigation.

 

    V.            A discussion about the possible formation of a “Compensation  Committee” will be added under Information and Reports.

 

 VI.            Meeting adjourned at 7:06 p.m.
