ATTENDANCE: Rosa Murray, Jody Bishop-Pullan, Jack Chiarmonte, Greg Burnett, Migdalia Rivas, Shirley Mosby, Glen Iannacone, Susan Hamilton, Bruce Kimmel

I. Call To Order-7:00, A300

Ms. Murray called the meeting to order at 7:05.

II. Pledge of Allegiance

Ms. Murray led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance.

III. Discussion of Superintendent’s evaluation (Executive session anticipated) Motion by Jody Bishop-Pullan to go into executive session for the purpose of discussion of the Superintendent’s evaluation. Seconded by Bruce Kimmel. Motion passed unanimously. The board came out of Executive session at 7:45.

IV. Adjournment

Motion to adjourn by Jody Bishop-Pullan, seconded by Susan Hamilton. The motion passed unanimously.
