I. The committee reviewed and accepted the minutes of the September 24, 2008 meeting (Unanimous)

II. The committee reviewed the attached draft for the October 21, 2008 meeting and made the following amendments:

A. Addition to information & reports

1. Update on District Data Team, inclusion of parents

B. Addition of Executive Session to discuss:

1. NASA contract

2. Director of Administration

C. Update on Spectrum Kids either under Information and Reports or via Friday Report.

III. The meeting concluded at 7:25 p.m.
